The corporate initiation fee is $2,000 for each membership and with a minimum of 3 memberships required. Monthly dues options 1 and 2 as set forth in the Monthly Dues section are available for corporate memberships. These memberships are also transferrable to owners and/or employees within the organization. (If a corporate membership is used as a floating membership without a designated person, then any individual playing on the floating membership is limited to (2) 18 hole rounds per calendar month.
Option 1: No Initiation Fee, $175 per month (exclusive of tax) for an individual membership which covers all green fees and use of practice facilities. Cart fees will be $20 per person (inclusive of tax) for 18 holes. Additional family members may be added for $50 per month, exclusive of cart fee. Family is defined as household members including spouse and dependent children.
Option 2: No Initiation Fee, $125 per month (exclusive of tax) for members whose residences are more than 40 miles from Mystic Creek. Cart fees will be $20 per person for 18 holes. Google maps will be used to determine distance. Additional family members may be added for $50 per month. Family is defined as household members including spouse and dependent children.
For Mystic Creek Develpoment Homeowners who own their own carts, the 18 holes trail fee is $14 per person. Guests who ride in a member’s cart will be charged $14 for 18 holes. Family members may be added under the terms set forth above
The following rules will be applicable regarding membership applications, applications will be processed in the order received. No credit will be given for any prior payments.
Monthly dues will be paid in advance the day the club opens and the fifth of every month thereafter. The membership dues commitment is for twelve months. In the event the twelve month commitment is not paid, the member will be placed on inactive status until such time as the commitment is satisfied in full. Inactive status renders the party ineligible for any play at Mystic Creek, including outside events. A member may request inactive status in the event of extraordinary circumstances.
